Graduate Spotlight: Justin Navarro

Justin Navarro is graduating with an Associate of Applied Science, pre-majoring in Aircraft Maintenance Powerplant. During High School, he was enrolled in Alamo Academies, a partner of St. Philip's College, where he developed a love for the aviation maintenance program.

Motivated to advance his career, Justin earned his Pilot and Drone Licenses through the Federal Aviation Administration and attended numerous aviation conferences. His involvement in organizations like the Commemorative Air Force, Boeing Pilots Association, and Latino Pilots Association provided valuable networking and mentorship opportunities, shaping his career path. These experiences allowed him to connect with mentors and colleagues who have been instrumental in his career and educational development.

He is currently employed at Boeing, where he works on fighter jets. Justin is also pursuing a Bachelor’s in Aviation from Liberty University, with a focus on flight training and pilot development.

Justin will give the Benediction at St. Philip’s College’s 52nd Commencement Ceremony. Congratulations Justin!
