At PAC, our mission is to inspire, empower, and educate the community for leadership and success. We do this by leading with People First, modeling Respect for All, encouraging Collaboration and Empowerment, making an impact through Community Engagement, and focusing on Data-Informed decisions. Every leadership institute is centered around these key leadership pillars.

INSPIRE Institute:

The Inspire Institute is designed to identify challenges and opportunities facing leaders across all industries, help develop a leadership voice to impact your organization and the community and create a network of support in your leadership journey. 

At PAC, we aim to Inspire our community through access to education leading to upward mobility. Through programs such as AlamoPROMISE, PAC removes financial barriers that students traditionally face in higher education. 

Concepts Covered

The Inspire Institute is a one-day professional development opportunity focusing on embracing and influencing your company culture. Topics include the impact of your voice in the organization, collaboration across diverse teams, and alignment to an organization’s mission.

Participants will be able to… 

  • Explore how to design high-performing teams and how departments can collaborate on projects. 
  • Reflect on how employees feel aligned with the organization’s mission in their daily work. 
  • Establish company norms to help employees respect and communicate boundaries in the workplace. 
  • Discuss how to help employees find their voice in their team and feel empowered to make decisions.

This cost includes learning materials, food provided (breakfast, lunch, & a snack), and professional items for attendees.

EMPOWER Institute:

The Empower Institute is designed to recognize individual strengths, inspire purpose across your team, and empower the most valuable resource at your organization, your people, to achieve results greater than their own.

At PAC we know that in order to Empower those that we serve, we must ensure that both human needs and educational needs are met. Through the PAC S.H.A.R.E. Center (Student Health Advocacy Resource Engagement Center), we provide support for basic needs through housing assistance, food, mental health counseling and more. While meeting human needs, PAC also focuses on providing quality educational experiences for our students.

Concepts Covered

The Empower Institute is a one-day professional development opportunity focusing on leading teams and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Topics include cultivating team empowerment, enhancing communication and influence, and leading with purpose and vision.

Participants will be able to… 

  • Apply strategies to foster collaboration and functional trust within teams. 
  • Identify and address barriers to effective communication and team dynamics.
  • Develop actionable plans to align team activities with the organization’s mission and vision.
  • Build a workplace culture where team members feel valued, connected, and empowered to contribute meaningfully.
